Can you do same-day turnovers?
Tell us your usual check-out and check-in times and the size of the property, and we’ll let you know what’s possible. We work Monday to Saturday, so let us know your regular changeover days when you get in touch.
Do I need to be there to let you in?
No. We’ll use your lockbox or key safe, the same way your guests do.
Do you only clean Airbnb properties?
No. We clean any short-stay property, including Stayz and Booking.com listings, holiday homes and beach houses that the family uses on weekends.
What if a guest leaves the place in a mess?
We’ll let you know and send photos so you have a record, then quote any extra time needed for a heavier clean.
