End of lease carpet cleaning
Many WA leases and property managers ask for carpets to be professionally cleaned when you move out, especially if you’ve had pets. Check your lease, then book your carpet clean together with your vacate clean. We’ll do the carpets last so they’re fresh for the final inspection, and give you an invoice to show your property manager.

How soon can I walk on the carpet?
You can walk on it carefully in clean socks once we’ve finished, but keep heavy furniture off until it’s dry. Drying usually takes several hours, depending on the weather and airflow. Opening windows or running fans or air-con speeds it up.
Will all the stains come out?
Most everyday stains come out or fade a lot. Some, like bleach, dyes or stains that have set for a long time, can be permanent. We’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Can I get a receipt for my property manager?
Yes. We invoice every carpet clean, so you can show your property manager it was done professionally.
Should carpets be cleaned before or after the vacate clean?
After. If you book both with us, we clean the carpets last so they stay clean for the inspection.
