Timing matters
Book your builders clean once all the trades are done. If the floor sanders or painters come back after we’ve cleaned, the dust comes back too. If your handover date is tight, let us know early and we’ll work with your timeline.
Finishing touches
For a complete handover, add window cleaning for the outside glass and frames, or carpet cleaning if new carpets have picked up dust and footprints during the build.

When should I book a builders clean?
Once the trades have finished, especially flooring, painting and final fit-off. Cleaning before then means dust gets re-created and you pay to clean twice.

Yes. Builders, project managers and owners all book us, and we can invoice your business directly.
How is a builders clean different from a normal clean?
Construction dust is extremely fine and settles inside cupboards, tracks, vents and fittings that a regular clean doesn’t touch. There’s also residue like paint spots and stickers to deal with. It’s a slower, more detailed job.
Do you remove building rubbish?
Let us know about any leftover packaging or debris when you request a quote so we can include it. Large amounts of building waste should be cleared by the builder or a skip first.
