In WA, your property manager compares the property at the final inspection against the Property Condition Report from when you moved in. Bonds are most often held up by the same few things: a greasy oven or rangehood, soap scum on the shower screen, dusty skirting boards, and grit in the window tracks.

What affects the price of a vacate clean?

No honest cleaner can guarantee your whole bond, because bonds also cover damage, rent and other things outside our control. What we do guarantee is our cleaning. If anything we cleaned is flagged at the final inspection, we’ll come back and fix it free.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No. Most customers drop off a key or leave one in a lockbox. We just need the property empty of furniture and belongings, with the power and water still connected.
How long does a vacate clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A small unit can often be done in a few hours, while a larger family home is usually a full day. We’ll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Can you clean the carpets at the same time?
Yes. Booking carpet cleaning with your vacate clean means everything is done in one visit, and the carpets are done last so they stay clean for the inspection.
Do you do pre-sale and move-in cleans too?
