What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and information about the cleaning job.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out your clean, invoice you, and contact you about your booking. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Form submissions

Our quote form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your request to our email inbox. Your details are stored in our email and business records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our tax record-keeping obligations.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and whether the quote form or phone number is used. This information is collected using cookies and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on.

Accessing or correcting your information

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us on 0433 720 690 or at bennettcleaningservices05@gmail.com.
