Who we can help
We’re not a registered NDIS provider, so we work with participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. If your plan includes funding for household tasks, our cleaning can usually be paid from that part of your budget. Your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm this for you.
How it works
- Get in touch. You, a family member, support coordinator or plan manager can call, text or send a quote request.
- Talk through what you need. Which rooms matter most, how often, any access needs, pets, and products you’re sensitive to.
- Set a routine. Weekly or fortnightly visits on a day and time that suit you.
- Simple invoicing. We invoice you or your plan manager after each clean.
Consistent, respectful support
For a lot of people, having someone come into their home is a big deal, and seeing a new face every week makes it harder. So wherever possible we keep the same cleaner for your regular visits. Every member of our team holds a current police clearance, and we carry public liability insurance.
Tell us about allergies, sensitivities or how you like things done, and we’ll work around them. Your home, your routine.

FAQs
NDIS Cleaning FAQs
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
No. We’re an unregistered provider, which means we can work with participants who self-manage their funding or use a plan manager. If your plan is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), you’ll need a registered provider.
Can my plan pay for cleaning?
If your plan includes funding for household tasks, cleaning can usually be paid from that budget. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator if you’re not sure.
Can a family member or support coordinator arrange it for me?
Yes. We’re happy to speak with you, a family member, your support coordinator or your plan manager, whatever is easiest for you.
Will I see the same cleaner each time?
That’s the aim. Wherever possible we keep the same cleaner for your regular visits, so you get to know the person in your home.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice you or your plan manager after each clean, with the details plan managers need to process payment.
